We are a group of young, knowledgeable, dependable and powerful girls who are a part of St. Augustine Girls' High School. We act as a first line of defense when it comes to gender based violence, whether it be: Stories, Hotlines, Addresses, Organizations ect...
We started this Website/Blog to raise awareness and advocate about Gender Based Violence. Security and privacy are at the core of our practices; We ensure that all information be kept confidential between our supervisors, board and third-parties. This is only for educating others about Gender-Based Violence.
The data we collect includes: user information (name, email, phone number etc.), digital information (IP address, browser information and history, device information, social media identifiers etc.), and information from other sources (publicly available information, information you provide at seminars, information you consent to be provided to us by third parties, etc.). This information shared with us at Girls Stand Up is solely prviate and confidential.
This information is shared with members of St. Augustine Girls' High School family, Executive Board, third party service providers, authorized users within our group, and legal or regulatory authorities as required. The purpose of this data sharing is wide-ranging, from providing services and content, to account registration, technical support, marketing, business communications, and more.

Safety and Security is our main priority at Girls Stand Up. We want you to feel safe on our website and to be able to trust us with your information. As stated above, any data and information that you provide will be between you and the members of Girls Stand Up. It is solely to educate others and all information shared will be private and confidential.
The information that you provide us with, will be used to help communicate better with you, your information will not be leaked to outside parties except wix.com as they are our website provider. The information provided (i.e. email, name, phone number (if given) )will not be forwarded to people outside of GSU.
